Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your Return to SALQAPACHA Policy?
    We accept unworn products in their original packaging purchased exclusively from our website www.salqapacha.com that are received by us within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order for us to receive your return within the 14-day timeframe, please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our distribution center in Germany.

If you have a defective product, please contact our customer service via Info@salqapacha.com

  1. I want to return an item. How can I do this?
    Need to return an item? No problem! We’ll guide you through this simple process. If you follow every step and if you return your item(s) within the first 14 days after the date of purchase, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Step 1: Send Return Request Email 
Send us an email stating the following points:
1. Order Details (Name, Order Number) and tell us which items you would like to return;
2. Tell us why you want to return the item.

 

Step 2: Package and Ship Item(s) back to SALQAPACHA
In order for us to receive your return to SALQAPACHA within the 14-day-timeframe, please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our distribution center in Germany.
1. Include any items you are returning in their original, unused condition in the original SALQAPACHA shipment box you received (or any plain, unmarked cardboard box);
2. Place and tape a shipping label to your box. Remove any old shipping labels. Seal your box completely;
3. Drop your box off at any authorised DHL shipping center.

We will process your request after we have received the products back from you. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the products if this is caused by unnecessary handling of them by you beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
